0006436: Anaconda installer parses kickstart file differently on 2 identical machines

I have 2 machines getting a kickstart file over the network. The same kickstart file is used for both. Each of them creates logical volumes in a different order. My understanding of anaconda is that it sorts each partition specification according to how "specific" it is. The reason I think this is a bug is that the same requests are being sorted/carried out in a different order on two different (identical hardware) machines. The order each machine creates the volumes doesn't change.

I first noticed this issue when I saw that the /local1 logical volumes were different sizes. On machine 0000002, where the local1 logical volume is created first, that volume is 12 GB bigger. I've included the parts of the files involved relevant to LVM below.

I don't like that anaconda ignores the order I give it partitions, but the fact that it can't even do it consistently is especially worrisome.
