The system in question shares an xfs file system over nfs. A few minutes after boot the kernel crashes. I assume it happens as soon as the machine is contacted by an nfs client. Happens in 2.6.32-358.2.1.el6.centos.plus.x86_64. The machine runs stable with 2.6.32-279.14.1.el6.x86_64 (not centos plus) for hours now.
