I've had my up to date CentOS 6.4 server crash at least five times with the same basic bug report in /var/crash/*/vmcore-dmesg.txt:

<2>kernel BUG at drivers/char/n_tty.c:1713!
<4>invalid opcode: 0000 [0000001] SMP
<4>last sysfs file: /sys/devices/virtual/net/bond0/operstate
<4>CPU 7
<4>Modules linked in: mpt2sas scsi_transport_sas raid_class mptctl mptbase ipmi_devintf dell_rbu bonding 8021q garp stp llc ipt_REJECT nf_conntrack_ipv4 nf_defrag_ipv4 iptable_filter ip_tables ip6t_REJECT nf_conntrack_ipv6 nf_defrag_ipv6 xt_state nf_conntrack ip6table_filter ip6_tables ipv6 ext3 jbd power_meter sg shpchp tg3 dcdbas microcode iTCO_wdt iTCO_vendor_support ioatdma dca ext4 mbcache jbd2 usb_storage sr_mod cdrom sd_mod crc_t10dif ahci megaraid_sas wmi dm_mirror dm_region_hash dm_log dm_mod [last unloaded: speedstep_lib]
<4>
<4>Pid: 22024, comm: ssh Not tainted 2.6.32-358.14.1.el6.x86_64 0000001 Dell Inc. System is a brand new Dell R620 that has gone through two motherboard replacements, network daughter card replacement, both processors replaced.

Of the systems running CentOS 6.4 that I have, none of them perform the same duties as this one, and none of them (even the other four R620s) have crashed at all. Dell management event log reports a "watchdog timeout". There is no other logging or error information logged that I can find.
