There are some i686 packages that do not exist in the upstream x86_64 repo but are present in the CentOS x86_64 repo. How should CentOS handle those cases?

For example, a recent update to boost\* brought the version to 1.41.0-18 including all corresponding .i686 in the x86_64 repo. But not all of them are in the upstream x86_64 repo as can be seen in:

https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2013-1187.html [^]

For some of them, the latest remains at 1.41.0-11.
