0006840: konsole won't use the "right" font

For some reason, konsole will not use the correct version/size of my preferred font. gnome-terminal and several other programs are able to use it just fine.

I prefer using the "Console" font, set to 12-point size, for my shell/console windows. I've used this just fine with past versions of CentOS, and I'm using it on several CentOS 5 systems currently. However, some change in KDE or konsole in CentOS 6 has restricted konsole from correctly using the specified font.

I've tried shutting down all konsole instances, manually editing ~/.kde/share/config/konsolerc, and starting a new instance; no change. (I just checked while writing; konsolerc still includes "defaultfont=Console,12,-1,5,50,0,0,0,0,0" in the "[Desktop Entry]" section.)

gnome-terminal can use the correct size of this font without issue; see screenshot http://www.deepnet.cx/~kdeugau/console-fonts.png. [^] konsole is on the left, gnome-terminal on the right; both have their display options open on the font selector. Note that the konsole font listing only shows the 15-point size with the "Console" font selected.
