0006951: Calls to access() does not honor the CAP_DAC_OVERRIDE capability

Calls to access() does not honor the CAP_DAC_OVERRIDE capability<br /> <br /> This was found in 6.5, but 6.5 is not available in the Product Version selection.<br /> <br /> With the CAP_DAC_OVERRIDE capability set, a call to access to check if you can read a file returns back that you do not access to that file, but attempting to read the file will still work.
