I recently install centos 6.5 in our Dell C6220 server and i have encounter system crashing for 3-4 times now in 20 days with the panic error: <br />
<br />
PANIC: "kernel BUG at fs/fscache/operation.c:384!"<br />
<br />
sometimes: <br />
<br />
PANIC: "kernel BUG at fs/fscache/operation.c:385!"<br />
<br />
We would only notice server is rebooting then we check the crash logs. The Kernel version running in OS is 2.6.32-431.11.2.el6.x86_64. Attached here is the latest crash logs. <br />
