There is a regression in Samba4 (samba4-4.0.0-60.el6_5.rc4.x86_64) which makes Samba4 unusable with AD authentication.<br />
It was working without any problems on samba4-4.0.0-55 (CentOS 6.4) and it's working again back to normal after downgrade to samba4-4.0.0-58.el6.rc4.x86_64 on CentOS 6.5<br />
There is a similar bug in Samba's bugzilla, but it's marked as INVALID until reported upstream to RedHat.<br />

Please note that this is a production system, so sadly I can't test much and it will stay downgraded until fix is released.
