0007282: Anaconda crashes when selecting "Closest Mirror" install source: 'YumPayload' object has no attribute 'getBaseRepo'

When choosing "Closest Mirror" as the install source for CentOS 7, Anaconda will crash. The installation process cannot be continued when that happens.
