We choosed russian language during installation, but console ( I mean text cosole) font is not set to cyrillic.<br />
If we do setfont UniCyr8x16 it fixes problem till reboot.<br />
But there is no way to set it permanently.<br />
This is definetely systemd architectural bug.<br />
