In /usr/share/ghostscript/8.70/Resource/Init/Fontmap.GS file there is this line:<br />
/Courier-Bold /NimbusMonL-Bold ;<br />
And it points Courier-Bold font to the NimbusMonL-Bold font. It seams that Cent=S 6.5 is missing this font (NimbusMonL-Bold), and commands like this one:<br />
"/usr/sbin/textfmt -B -f Courier-Bold -Ml=0.4in -p 11 -s default >'/tmp//sndfaxtNrNCQ' <'/tmp/faxtmp.14781/mm.hsVKty'"<br />
end with error message like this:<br />
/usr/sbin/textfmt: No font metric information found for "Courier-Bold".<br />
<br />
If you change the Fontmap.GS to somehting like this: "/Courier-Bold (n022004l.pfa) ;", then the command executes without the error.
