centos/HEADER.images/screen.css references missing html-background.png and generates 404 when HEADER.html is enabled in mirrors.<br />

1. html-background.png should be removed from the css. <br />

Attached patch to remove the background url in screen.css because it doesn't seem that html->background-url(html-background.png) is used at least in nginx+autoindex+firefox.<br />

2. Some html-background.png should be copied to centos/HEADER.images/. <br />

html-background.png is probabbly the one from centos-indexhtml*.rpm?<br />
