0007790: While booting cent-7 if I press "c" to go to grub command line, and I exit from grub and boot to OS it crashes

When cent 7 is installed in UEFI mode. while booting i press "c" to go to grub command line. now i type "exit" to exit from grub command line. after exiting from grub command line if I boot to the installed OS it gives RSOD, I mean OS will crash.
