My CentOS 7 AMD based desktop generates the warning below after I resume from suspend or hibernate:
WARNING: at kernel/time/tick-broadcast.c:664 tick_broadcast_oneshot_control+0x185/0x190()

I believe this patch will resolve the problem:
http://marc.info/?i=alpine.DEB.2.02.1402111434180.21991%40ionos.tec.linutronix.de [^]

This appears to be fixed in kernel 3.10.32 per this change log (search for "dbd515879a94273d4a6e1e6195d20951af2a65af"):

Could this patch could be included in the kernel-plus kernel?
