The default reporting destination is Red Hat Customer Portal and it makes abrt almost useless for CentOS users.<br />

I propose to configure libreport to allow users to:<br />
- report via email<br />
- generate a report file (attach it to an email, to a bug report)<br />
- upload the problem data<br />
- submit an anonymous crash data to the ABRT server for statistics<br />
<br />
Uploading the crash statics data should not go through the Red Hat's proxy:<br />
- the proxy discards any response from the public server<br />
- its URL contains "redhat.com"
