This is the same as 6130. Could not figure out how to reopen it.<br />

It fails reliably on a ftp URL regardless of the mirror. There is no network problem, ping and ftp from the Console 2 go through to the mirror host and retrieving the file is not an issue. The file is not problematic on the mirrors if you retrieve it using a browser on an already installed platform. The installation times out on it however and fails.
