0005940: Init stage kernel crash does not allow use of Magic SysRq key

Hello,

The kernel boot up process with failed mount root mount leads to crash on boot time and does not allow use of Magic SysRq key (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_SysRq_key [^]) because CentOS kernel has kernel.sysrq = 0
option compilated in.

Our company use lots of KVM to remote sites and we got Catch 22 situation with this option. Without recompilation of kernel locally it is impossible to reboot CentOS machine in this way.

Please allow Magic SysRq key in compiled default and move kernel.sysrq = 0 into /etc/sysctl.conf so it will be no need to recompile kernel locally each time new version comes out.

Kind regards,
Aruna Pranckevicius
