This is just a check from Red Hat preventing using CPU not be fully supported by RH when RHEL was released, ie. all CPU more recent than Haswell. But the i7-4600U is quite new (released in September 2013) and uses a "model 69" code so it is not explicity targeted in this check code. We don't think this CPU is so different from other Haswell so we think it will be caught in this code in a future update.
